SHIPPING & RETURN
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of processing payment, unless noted at the time order is placed or you receive an email notice that an item in your order has been delayed. Any expected delivery dates that may be given are only estimates. Orders can be delayed due to verification or the time the order has been placed. Orders may be delivered in separate shipments. All purchases through anjounail.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon tender of the item to the carrier.
A complete and correct delivery address is essential. Once your order has been prepared for shipment or has shipped, we are unable to change the shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you (the customer) or your agent, we will contact you immediately for a correction, and the package will be re-shipped at an additional shipping fee. You must include a daytime telephone number for all orders. Occasionally packages are returned to Anjou as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to Anjou, please contact to make arrangements for reshipment.
When you place an order on the Anjou website, you will receive a shipping info email from Anjou support team. Please check your email address. In addition, you can also check the shipping info through tracking number.
Standard & Expedite Shipping Within US
Products shipped via standard service are normally delivered within 4-8 business days after receiving the order. Products shipped via expedite service are normally delivered within 2-4 business days after receiving the order. There will be an $25 additional charge for expedite shipping.
Products shipped via international shipping service are normally delivered within 7-14 business days after receiving the order. The shipping fee for international address is $50.
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please send and return request to email@example.com to start the return process. Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
Refunds (if applicable)

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
